I have turned my hand to many roles within a range of different settings, which has enabled me to reflect on my strengths and weakness'. I have become a confident individual who is very caring, friendly, enthusiastic & who is known for having fantastic communication skills. This has developed more so during my time as a Deputy Manager, where I dealt with customer complaints on a regular basis, turning the call around to provide a positive or at least satisfying result for the customer, managed teams of up to 20 people- ensuring that they where adhering to company targets, reaching their full potential within the sales campaigns and ensuring that their KPI & KBI areas where achieved. I was a dialler op when required too, giving support to around 100 members of staff & maintaining the correct number of advisors on the relevant campaigns. When I started at the company as a sales advisor in April 2010, I achieved a nomination for advisor of the year from a Manager in my first week on the floor after i passed out of training. This was due to a technician doing random spot checks on calls (which happened to be mine) who told the manager that it was the best professionalism in telephone communication that he had heard. I achieved the in house award 'customer first aid' in April 2012 for fantastic customer experience. I had found a flaw in the system, which by addressing it & inputting a solution, it saved the company money & prevented potential irate customers. Becoming a deputy manager after 1 year of employment was a huge achievement in itself for me. I find it extremely rewarding helping others. I was a healthcare assistant within the NHS, but I became too upset when patients passed away. I redeployed to medical education as an Admin Assistant, where I have been a valued asset to the team since April 2014. My main responsibilities are managing GPVTS, REP bookings and invoices & budgets.I have recently gained my TQUK Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, therefore I will be looking at working within a school eventually as a Teaching Assistant. In my spare time I enjoy arts & crafts- from card making to sewing, painting windows to photo editing & I love spending quality time with my husband, son and twin daughters.
