About Paula Pozza

Hey! I’m Paula Pozza, Founder and Creative Director of Studio Zak, where we believe every brand has a story waiting to be told. With nearly two decades of experience in branding, packaging, and surface design, I bring together Brazilian flair and Italian finesse to craft designs that captivate, connect, and inspire. Our team, composed of talented designers from Brazil and Italy, works with clients worldwide, helping consumer product (CPG) brands, cosmetics, luxury, and food & beverage brands transform ideas into sustainable, story-driven packaging and branding solutions. From label design and illustration for packaging to innovative structures and premium finishes, we combine artistic vision with strategic creativity to deliver results that delight both brands and consumers. We stay ahead of the curve with Gen Next marketing, trends, and sustainable packaging innovations, ensuring every project is fresh, relevant, and impactful. Beyond design, we love speaking, mentoring, and sharing insights, because creativity grows when it’s shared — and meaningful connections are at the heart of everything we do. At Studio Zak, we don’t just design — we create story-driven branding and packaging that stands out on shelves, online, and in the hearts of consumers. Whether you’re launching a new product or reimagining an existing brand, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life with strategic creativity, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail. It all starts with a hey — say hey here and let’s create magic together.
