Professional experience with more than 26 years, of which 22 in the banking business. Large experience in structuring, implementing and management of debt financial instruments. Very strong experience, comprising portfolio management of SME and MidCaps, credit risk analysis and huge negotiation skills.* As Senior Specialist Manager, I develop debt financial instruments to strengthen the financial capacity of Portuguese companies. I also develop strategic partnerships with international multilateral financial institutions and national financial institutions, in order to combine resources and specialized knowledge to create innovative and high-impact financial instruments.* As Project Manager, my challenging experience was in Project Management Integration, the merger of IFD, PME Investimentos and SPGM, into to Banco Português de Fomento which became a National Promotional Bank. In this process I was coordinator of 2 of its 7 committees.* As Senior Account Manager, I have consolidated experience in the management of Corporate portfolio and effective achievement of institutional defined goals.* Strategic interests: ESG, Leadership and Risk Management.* I'm a strongly motivated professional with high communication ability and fully commited to the projects with which I'm involved, pursuing a logic of adding value, focusing on its profitability and sustainability.
