As a communication strategy architect, I lead teams of technical and scientific writers, copywriters and UX specialists to maximise the value of documentation and communication strategy for the best growth of the business. I provide consultancy and staff coaching in the software and hardware industries. I help optimise the technical and scientific publishing chain for academia and business. I use AI solutions as tools for human professionals, not as replacements, ensuring that the end product is trustworthy and calibrated to best serve the customer and grow the business. In my leadership role, I focus on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. I believe in the strength of teamwork and strive to help each team member grow and succeed. I am fascinated by AI and use it with my teams as a tool to enhance our work and drive innovation and creativity, but my approach is always human-centred with empathy and understanding. By staying connected to my team's needs and the latest industry trends, I help create innovative solutions that truly make a difference. In academia, as a researcher and concept engineer, I analyse natural numbers, quantifiers and computability. My work is both theoretical and experimental. I study formal aspects of axiomatic arithmetics, conceptual problems with the definition of number and I design mathematical models of number cognition. I work on cognitive models that enable humans to learn numerical concepts and I apply these results to projects of early math education. Finally, I think of coding as a form of integration for most disadvantaged members of the society.
