I have extensive experience in designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks, data collection tools, data management and storage systems, data analysis and interpretation, and learning and reporting for programs in various thematic areas and country contexts, on $100+ million programs. I specialize in making MEL user-friendly, user-driven and gender-transformative, and I am committed to advancing methods that elevate local voices and perspectives.
