With over twenty years of experience as a senior leader in higher education, I am excited about designing and delivering impactful programs that enable students to turn their passion into a profession. In my current role as Country Manager for Spain at ACE Education Group, I oversee all educational activities and operations across our campuses, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic goals. My role involves leading a dedicated team of campus directors, enhancing service quality, and fostering student satisfaction while monitoring compliance with educational standards. I collaborate with various departments to drive business development, implement effective recruitment strategies, and support student retention initiatives. In addition to operational management, I spearhead the development of new programs and partnerships, leveraging local opportunities to expand ACE’s footprint in Spain. I also play a key role in budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. My focus on strategic growth allows me to identify potential campus openings and new training courses, contributing to the overall development of ACE Education Group.
