About Paula Turnea

Artist by design, HR Specialist by choice and therapist in training. I’m someone who believes empathy and creativity are not nice-to-haves, they’re essential. With a background in HR and a natural gift for understanding people, I’m passionate about building bridges: between people and processes, structure and emotion, what is and what could be. Though it might seem unrelated to my corporate experience (quite the opposite, in fact), I am, and always have been, an artist. Creativity has always been part of my story. I paint, I create handmade jewelry, and I find joy in shaping beautiful, intentional things. For me, art isn’t superficial, it’s a language of its own. A way to express, connect, and stay grounded in the present. Last but not least, after several years in the corporate world, I chose to follow another inner calling: psychology. I’m currently studying to become a psychologist, with the long-term goal of combining my business and creative experience with a deeper, more meaningful understanding of human behavior.* I’m driven by real, human connections.* I care about the details, without losing sight of the bigger picture.* I’m a lifelong learner, a conscious creator, and an active listener, always looking to contribute, not just respond.
