Marketing has captivated me ever since I was a kid. No joke. Even at the age of nine, when other kids were touting their hopes of being movie stars and astronauts, the room heard nothing from me that wasn't about launching ad campaigns. Sometimes, dreams come true. Over the past 15 years, I've worked in marketing-related roles including brand management, market research & analytics, and product innovation for top global brands like U by Kotex, Scott/Cottonelle, Huggies, Kleenex, Bridgestone, Walmart, Johnnie Walker, etc. I've managed annual marketing budgets of up to $4MM. I've been responsible for, and have expertise in, 16 international markets and managed large, cross-functional teams of more than 15 people. In other contexts, I've led —and brought out the best— in smaller groups of 1-5 direct reports. I'm recognized for being a top performer everywhere I go. Here are some examples: • Led the strategic vision for "U by Kotex," launching award-winning campaigns—including one that received an Effie and a Cannes Lion. • Delivered U by Kotex's largest annual innovation—resulting in $90MM NS. • Developed and executed the best-rated campaign in the history of Scott's brand toilet paper. • Led the vision and strategy behind Kimberly Clark's largest social purpose campaign,"Toilet Change Lives." This campaign was launched in 11 markets—driving +5% iNS and +$6MM in PR return. • Launched a viral campaign for Scott—creating a 50k community on social media in record time. My growth-oriented business approach and love for traveling have opened doors allowing me to cultivate an international career. Before coming to Canada, I have worked and lived previously in Brazil, Peru, and Costa Rica. I also speak four languages: Spanish, Portuguese, English, and French. Aside from work? I'm a wife, a dog mom to a beagle, and a hiking enthusiast.
