About Paulaandra Aigner

I am a national/international missionary with global partners. It's our job to help others, especially leaders/emerging leaders, to do their jobs by mentoring, teaching, public speaking, writing, artwork, dancing and encouraging. We do this for both Christian believers and non believers. Our friendship and market place evangelism as well as our prayer walks/drives and giving are a part of this support. Open Networker. No IDK. LION. Yes. I did kind of over do the LION groups. I love the LION concept. It's my experience that those who espouse the LION concept tend to be welcoming, open to new relationships and opportunities and generous outside their own expertise. I don't have a friend or connection type. My job is to help those whom I go to to realize their future or transition from one area of expertise to another so it's not my job to get them to think or be like me. But it is my job to help them to see outside their current box to discover their own voice and own vision and to understand how to pursue it. Quite a few become my friends so it's the same for my friends since that relationship continues. I'm not a glass half full or empty. I'm an overflowing cup. Giving is a whole lot more than you think or have been told it is.
