About Paulette Davidson

I have worked at the Virginia State Bar (VSB) for more than 35 years. Since 1997, I have been working with the VSB's Conference of Local and Specialty Bar Associations, offering support and training for Virginia's local and specialty bar associations and since 2005, offering Solo & Small-Firm Practitioner Forums for Virginia's rural attorneys. I also work with several VSB sections which include Construction Law, General Practice, Health Law, Litigation, and Military Law. Supporting voluntary bars and VSB sections has allowed me to develop some wonderful lifetime friendships with attorneys, judges, and justices throughout Virginia. The VSB Techshow is another event I support. Changes are underway to move this program under the VSB's Technology and the Future of Law Committee for FY2025. I'm sure this fine group will continue the momentum of this amazing program. Usually offered the last Monday in April, attorneys enjoy the latest tech topics with speakers from all over the US. For the past few years, we have offered the Techshow as a virtual program for the low cost of $50, with a possible total of 13 hours of CLE between live and on-demand options. This is a self-supporting program. Prior to working at the Virginia State Bar, I worked for Land Title (a subsidiary of Lawyers Title), producing title binders and policies as well as doing some of the title searches.
