Responsible for full set of account for Holdings company and few subsidiaries • Assisting in preparation on annual audit, included internal and external audit support • Liaises with company secretary, banker, external administrators and internal stakeholders • Drafting the financial statement report for entities • Prepares quarterly GST reports, tax computation • Submission for the XBRL, annual return • Monitoring the project budgeted cost and actual cost, percentage of completion and WIP movement • Liaise with project team to discuss with the project budget forecast and follow up with the project completion status • Co-ordinate with project team, do analysis of the project costing as per required • Monitoring and planning of daily cash flow • Monthly bank reconciliation and GL reconciliation • Responsible in treasury function which includes cash management, bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance, trust receipts and bank guarantees. • Keep track of the trade facilities such as trust receipts and bank guarantees • Updates, maintains and reports on monthly reporting schedules, sales reports, accounts receivables and account payable • Maintaining and updating intercompany and external loan agreements and reports and monthly reconciliation and reports • Assists in preparation of the Consolidation account schedule, consolidation intercompany reconciliation • Responsible to allocation of costs to respective project accounts • Prepares monthly salary and wages for general ledger purpose and allocation of manpower costs to respective project accounts
