I’m a serial entrepreneur, executive leader, and author passionate about building businesses that inspire transformation — in people, in communities, in automation, and in culture. From co-founding Power Yoga Canada, to authoring Pivot: Change Isn’t Coming, It’s Here, to leading strategy as Chief Revenue Officer at Buckland (Logistics Co.), I’ve spent my career blending intuition with action. 🧘‍ I didn’t start out in yoga — I built my foundation in sales and operations, holding executive roles in corporate Canada before taking a “pivot” of my own and bringing hot vinyasa-inspired yoga to Canada alongside my business partner. What started as a single studio became a national movement — proving that with the right mission and the right people, big change is possible. Whether I’m scaling a wellness brand, guiding a team through disruption, or mentoring fellow founders, I bring a deep love for systems, leadership, and transformation. I thrive in fast-paced environments, and I’m most alive when I’m helping others step into their own potential — whether that’s on a yoga mat or in a boardroom. I believe in people, and I believe in results. I’ve led sales strategy across North and Latin America, launched new markets, and built teams that perform with heart. I’m equally comfortable driving B2B growth as I am crafting a brand rooted in purpose. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring history and new places, chasing my teenage boys, laughing with my husband of 20+ years, or writing my next book.
