About Paulo Cezar Ribeiro

I have gained extensive experience through my past employment with Transamerica Hospitality Group, which has provided me with the skills as a receptionist in a multi-lingual, international environment. I have developed a sound understanding of sales and customer services either through the telephone or face to face. In addition, I had assumed the role as training new staff in customer service at Transamerica Hotel. My employment within the Hospitality industry for over seven years allowed me to have a creative and easy-going nature. My strengths are communication, organization skills, leadership and a wiliness to adapt to new situations. During my journey working for Australia Now Education Agency, I gained experience in preparing student visas, achieving sales targets and planning education. I worked with students from all over the world planning their Australian adventure in English education and also into the university studies. In my casual employment with Vintage Cleaning I have developed experience in staff management. I have been the supervisor of between 10 – 14 casual cleaners in a large government building for the last three years. This entails not only hiring and interviewing potential staff but organising rosters, ensuring the quality of the work is as expected, the consumables are ordered, staff entitlements are checked, new staff trained and the time sheets recorded and presented to the company for payment details. At Riverlife I had my internship experience working in Digital Marketing where I created some advertisement videos to promote the activities they offer, Instagram contents, and also creating a lead of future partnership with English schools and education agencies.
