I have worked as a systems engineer since 2003 possessing in depth experience on projects dealing with telecommunication systems, customer care systems, billing systems, credit card management systems, electronic payments system and data migration processes. I’m currently working at FIS. My role involves the leadership of the technical team for the Brazilian office over the software development life-cycle, from requirements gathering until the solution proposals, the development and the implementation of the client customization projects over TS Prime platform. The team I lead is distributed in multiple locations such as Brazil, Cyprus, Russia, Kuala Lumpur and India.In my last job, I was working for Nokia Siemens Networks on a customer care and billing migration project for TurkTelekom, the largest internet service provider in Turkey. My role involved test stream management, coordinating with all parties on a multi-vendor project to ensure resolution of all incidents. I previously worked on the same project on the vendor side working as a data migration software analyst and developer for Convergys, and I was chiefly responsible for the development of the migration software that remained in use up to the project closure.
