Electrical Engineer with experience in substation (138kV), MCC (4,16kV and 480V) and dynamic equipment maintenance. Also, have a background in maintenance planning, helping to create the maintenance plans of an oil transfer terminal. Worked implementing predictive maintenance techniques in high voltage electric motors (MCSA – Motor current signal analysis, EPVA – Extended Park’s Vector Aproach, and stator condition analysis). Experience in implementing RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) in Transpetro’s Oil Terminals, including main pumping, HV electrical and LV electrical systems. Responsible for the availability of dynamic and static equipment in Transpetro, including pumps, HV induction electric motors, gas compressors, turbines, loading arms, UPS, valves, actuators, heat exchangers and so on. Manages a sector that applies maintenance engineering techniques to improve cost benefit ratio, such as RCM – Reliability Centered Maintenance, equipment failure root cause analisys, and so on. Also responisble for managing several maintenance contracts for repairs and technical assistance of dynamic equipments, including contracts with Sulzer, Flowserve, Solar Turbines, EagleBurgmann, John Crane, Emco, Adelco, and others.
