About Pavan Baichan

I am a qualified scientist and have completed my PhD in Biochemistry. The many years of research exposure and training, particularly in the sciences, have allowed me to think outside the box and offer unique strategies when involved in problem-solving. I keep up to date with scientific literature, especially in therapeutic research, and am savvy with scientific and medical jargon. I am an independent worker with exceptional interpersonal skills, communication skills, and I have strong business acumen. I have previous experience training and leading other colleagues in experimental techniques and technical writing. I am extremely goal-orientated and am able to complete tasks timeously and efficiently. My extensive background in research and molecular biology affords me the ability to train and provide hands-on technical assistance to fellow scientists and researchers. As a research scientist, I am particularly interested in the pathology of diseases to deconstruct the causes in the search for therapeutic solutions.
