About Pavan Kular

Currently, Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco. However, I have worked in number of sectors: health care, banking, retail etc. This wide range of work experience areas, has enabled me to gain an array of combined skills, notably: critical thinking, commercial awareness, communication and problem solving skills. I have learned a lot through my varied job roles. Both about the relevant industries and more importantly, myself: I discovered my love for working as part of a team towards the same goal, I enjoy working with people, and as a result have gained valuable inter personal awareness. Meanwhile, studying for my Masters Degree in Pharmacy, I acquired a strong level of research skills, I may not know the answer, but I can definitely find out. When not working or studying, I play hockey regularly and practice Muay Thai. I can be quite competitive. I set myself a high bar in all things, you may say that I am "My own worst enemy" as I am highly critical of myself. This drives me to improve in all things I do.
