I am a Production Services Specialist at Smashing Plates, a leading company in industrial efficiency and design excellence. I use my expertise in process development, workflow management, and productivity improvement to deliver innovative solutions for the manufacturing operations. I have contributed to multiple projects that have increased the quality, safety, and sustainability of the products and processes, such as reducing the throughput time of current transformers by 15%, implementing 5S methodology to enhance the workplace organization, and optimizing the material and energy consumption to minimize the environmental impact. I am also pursuing a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at University of East London, where I am learning advanced skills and knowledge in engineering, business, and leadership.
