The analyst role utilizes O&M experience of rotating machines & GE APM Reliability analytics software to oversee and manage ERS program. • Develop engineering solutions with repetitive failures of rotating equipment and other problems which adversely affect plant operations and develop condition monitoring programs. • Expertise in resolving technical issues through root cause analysis of problems and in initiating corrective actions • Ensuring Reliability and integrity of rotating equipment through the application of condition monitoring, preventive maintenance and participation in the multidisciplinary area integrity and reliability management teams. • Skilled in providing recommendations to enhance maintainability, improve operational efficiency and minimize maintenance cost
