About Pavan Kumar Tilaru

I'm a fervent chemical engineer with a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s from JNTUH College of Engineering. Currently, I work as a Module Process Engineer at Intel Corporation in the Dry Etch Module, where I focus on optimizing semiconductor processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, I held a Process Engineering Controls Internship at GlobalFoundries, where I worked on tightening “FDC Limits” through advanced process control techniques. As a CMP R&D Co-Op at Entegris, I led a project optimizing pad-particle interactions using Quartz Crystal Microbalance analysis. In my full-time role as a Process Engineer at ITC Limited, I managed shift operations, led the “Wet End Optimization” project to enhance fiber retention and reduce chemical consumption, and optimized energy recovery processes in the Evaporator Plant and Soda Recovery Boiler. These projects allowed me to improve process control, resource efficiency, and sustainability. With a strong foundation in process engineering, I am excited to deepen my expertise in semiconductor technology and make a meaningful impact in advancing innovative solutions.
