As an IT Support Engineer at Eureka Infinity Computer Trading LLC, I provide comprehensive technical support to various clients in the computer trading industry. I install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. I also manage laptops, desktops, and printers companywide, and assist end-users in using new and existing technology, providing coaching and one-on-one training. I have five years of previous experience as a Desktop Support Engineer at CMS IT Services, where I worked independently and efficiently to handle the trouble-ticket system and support the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. I have a Master's in Network Administration from Jetking Andheri Learning Centre, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University. I also hold a Google IT Support Professional Certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in IT support and customer service skills.
