Managed brand solutions by creating monetizable solutions for clients by utilising the existing content, specialising in big-ticket events like Television Premieres, National Properties, Movie Festivals, Web radios etc. Also creating customised solutions for clients basis their brief and commercials. I started my media stint in Radio as a producer for the evening drive show - which involved daily content to be broadcast on Air which sticks to the Target Audience without missing the flavor of the show I did my Summer Internship as a part of the HR team as an Intern at Crossword Bookstores and some of my responsibilities as a part of the recruiting team were to work on different recruitment sources, employee engagement activities and employee attrition.
