About Pavan Shandilya

Hi, I’m Pavan — with a “V”, not a “W”.We’re in a time where brands can’t just be brands on social media — they need to be like creators. And creators? They need what great brands have — clear positioning, a distinct voice, and a sharp identity that actually sticks. At That Other Agency, we help both.We chase trends — but we don’t stop there. We help brands find their voice, build a social identity, and create a content system that grows with them — not just for a week, but for the long run.My favourite kind of founders? The ones playing the long game. The ones who care about building a brand — not just running ads.The ones who want their content to mean something.I’m not here to flex about “growing brands online.”I like solving creative problems and building things that genuinely connect with people. Not here to collect LinkedIn connections either — I’m here to network, collaborate, and share things that matter. If you’ve read this far, we should connect — for a collab, a content jam, or just a good story.
