With over 17 years of experience at the intersection of product design, regulatory compliance, and sustainable engineering, I help organizations future-proof their product portfolios while meeting evolving global environmental standards. Currently serving as a Sustainability Architect at Philips, I lead initiatives that blend circular economy principles, climate action strategies, and regulatory adherence (RoHS, SCIP, CSRD) into real-world product development and lifecycle management. I’ve successfully spearheaded RoHS compliance programs for Diagnostic X-Ray machines—streamlining supplier collaboration, ensuring accurate declarations, and supporting exemption renewals, all while aligning with UN SDGs and driving down risk across global supply chains. My journey spans leadership roles at Cummins, Greaves Cotton, and Schneider Electric, where I’ve built cross-functional teams and solved mission-critical engineering problems—from component failure investigations to product validation and change control. My design thinking foundation (IIT Delhi) and mechanical engineering expertise empower me to connect the dots between user needs, regulatory demands, and innovation outcomes.
