About Pavel Folprecht

Pavel Folprecht is a Senior Manager with vast international experience in managing companies’ transformation in times of crises as well as innovation and change management in the Energy sector, Financial Services, and Telco. In 2018, he became the Head of Sales Support and Operations in EO.N. During his 2-years tenure his main task was the development of business activities and processes for the B2C and B2B segments. He was personally responsible for the preparation of the entire business strategy of the company, ensuring business continuity in the transition to a new core IT system, Business coordination for the preparation of the planned acquisition. Prior to E.ON, Pavel worked for NN, where he was appointed as a crisis and change manager to lead the Marketing department and subsequently the External and Partner Sales department with the aim to stop the decline in the client base and start renewed growth on a new basis. Since 2006, he worked for Raiffeisenbank Russia as a Head of Restructuring. He considers his greatest professional experience his 5-year tenure in GE Capital Bank with a clear goal of digitization, fostering innovations, and building new distribution channels.
