Alongside my role as country sales manager at Alufix, I also lead the company's operations as its CEO in the Czech Republic. Alufix is affiliated with Biosphere Corporation, a renowned leader in household and hygiene product manufacturing and distribution across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. My role involves developing sales strategies and selling the full product line, ensuring that Alufix's high-quality products reach customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Additionally, I oversee the sales of a wide-ranging European product line of Biosphere Corporation, including well-known brands like Vortex and Novita. I specialize in various product categories, spanning food and beverages, home and personal care, and small domestic appliances. With over 20 years of experience, I've had the opportunity to work with various companies, from collaborating with industry giants such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and Nestle, to contributing to family-owned enterprises like the Orbico group. Moreover, I've also founded FMCG Opportunities, a company focused on building new sales and distribution channels for foreign businesses and brands. It gave me valuable experience in setting up all operational functions supporting a newly established company. Throughout my career, I've held full P&L responsibility, which honed my skills in sales strategy building, customer relationship management, and channel strategy development. Plus, I have solid experience in leading multifunctional sales teams with 30+ people. I am result–oriented, and my passion for winning isn't just a statement - it's a driving force.
