More than 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering. My professional path led from the position of Workshop Quality Control Inspector for small parts, through the inspection of extremely large workpieces and weldments, to the position of Head of Workshop Assembly Control in Vítkovice a. s. I then worked for the foreign company TechnipFMC for 12 years as an inspector and technical support for the Central European region. In 2014, I accepted the position of Head of Technological Preparation of Production at V-NASS a. s. to later move to the position of Head of Quality Management, due to the need to build a stable and fully functional quality management system that meets the requirements of foreign clients. In 2019, I became the CEO of V-NASS a. s. and later also the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
