With over 7 years of experience in product management, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative and user-centric solutions that solve real-world problems and generate value for customers and stakeholders. As the Head of Product at Worldee, a leading online travel platform, I lead a dynamic team of product managers, designers, and developers, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. My mission is to shape the future of travel by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data-driven insights, and agile methodologies. In my current role, I am responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's vision and market trends. I also manage the user testing process, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and expectations. Additionally, I oversee the user interface and user experience design, ensuring that the product is intuitive, engaging, and accessible. Some of my recent achievements include launching new features for both Web and Mobile applications, such as personalized recommendations, booking management, and social sharing. I have also spearheaded the implementation of ITIL and ServiceNow processes, improving the efficiency and quality of the product development and delivery. To achieve these results, I have leveraged my skills in ITIL Process, IT Service Management, Agile Methodologies, and Product Data Analysis, as well as my certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and Implementation Specialist ITSM.
