About Pavel Tipan

For over 25 years, I have worked in logistics and operations management. I went through several international companies, but I never got tired of life in the small town where I come from. When I decided to turn my work experience into my own project, I wanted to develop what matters to me – a sustainable and attractive life in smaller towns and villages. And so Peoplecar was born. We launched this affordable shared mobility service alongside with my colleagues, extensively experienced in operations management and focused on finding innovative solutions. Peoplecar represents an environmentally respectful a meaningful use of a fleet of cutting-edge e-cars by the municipality's employees and its residents. And for me personally, it's an opportunity to apply my management skills and experience to a project that makes deep sense to me. What am I responsible for at Peoplecar- Acting as a co-founder and co-CEO of the project - Managing all operational matters and setting up optimal processes - Building business partnerships with municipalities, car dealers and digital developers - Leading our partners through the entire implementation process - Finding common ground and tailor-made solutions - Ensuring everything runs smoothly, without a hitch
