About Pavlo Kletsko

After gaining 20 years of work experience, progressing from a Junior Developer to a Project Manager and contributing to over 100 projects of various sizes in different roles, I have developed a strong intuition and confidence that allows me to proudly consider myself a professional in the software development industry. For the majority of my career, I immersed myself in the Java/JavaScript stack, handling both backend and frontend tasks. However, my passion for new technologies eventually led me into the realms of ML/RL/AI. As a co-organizer of the Oslo Data Science meetup and the leader of a reinforcement learning hacking group, I acquired solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the Python/Data Science tech stack. My main focus was on Time Series algorithms, Reinforcement Learning algorithms, and the development of self-driving toy cars. Beyond Web and Desktop development, I endeavored to create a new social network, amalgamating multiple years of experience into a complex pet project. Additionally, I actively contributed to open source projects. I have worked across different domains, serving Norwegian and international clients. My background in healthcare, banking and finance, travel, commerce, and the energy sector provides a strategic advantage and flexibility for future projects, significantly reducing onboarding time. With experience spanning the full project life cycle, I am a self-motivated, self-educating individual with a dynamic personality who enjoys working as a team member. I possess the ability to learn quickly, conduct prompt research on new technologies, and solve various tasks. Furthermore, I am capable of carrying out development tasks independently, demonstrating a strong focus on deadlines and code quality.
