I am a finance and accounting professional with experience in external audit, assurance, and financial reporting across Big Four firms and global bank. My career path has allowed me to build a strong foundation in IFRS, Lux Gaap and US Gaap reporting, statutory accounts, external audit, and regulatory compliance, while consistently delivering accuracy, efficiency, and value to stakeholders. Currently, I serve as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at State Street in Luxembourg, where I focus on delivering high-quality reporting and ensuring compliance with international standards. I contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Before this role, I gained valuable experience at EY and Deloitte, progressing from Trainee Auditor to Assistant Manager. During this time, I worked with clients across multiple industries where I led audits and reviews of financial statements under IFRS, evaluated internal controls and compliance frameworks, managed client expectations, and presented clear recommendations. These experiences also gave me the opportunity to coordinate and train junior staff to deliver results under tight deadlines. Alongside technical expertise, I have developed strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, communication, and adaptability. I am particularly skilled at working with complex data, developing actionable insights and building strong relationships in multicultural, high-pressure environments. I hold a BSc in Finance with a Minor in Law from the University of Mauritius and I am currently pursuing an MSc in Finance, which further strengthens my academic foundation in while supporting my professional growth.
