Handling around 20+ Vendors & 40+ parts. Data Analysis & prepare the Report for respective part to present in forum. Drawing Study & floating RFQs for the New Model Developments. Also taking care “Revision Notice” for Existing Mass production Parts. Receiving quotations from vendors. Quotations analysis based on drawings.[ Logical / Standard Cost Calculation ] Making Cost Comparisons & negotiations based on logical cost. Finalisation of Maker Layout (ML) & releasing LOI to the vendors based on QDC optimisation. Localisation of CKD parts via sourcing new vendors or Existing. Generation of VA/VE ideas with the vendors through Concurrent Engineering (CE) Activity. To do analysis of the parts through Tear Down Re-Engineering (TDR) Activity. Generating Cost Down Ideas along with R&D team & Supplier Tracking the Project’s Development activities as per schedule for the following activities. Samples Arrangement (By P.O Releasing) N1 Inspection Approval Inspection Standard Approval Packing Standard Approval Gemba Audit QCD Confirmation. GEMBA Audit for Process Study, Capacity Confirmation, Cycle Time Analysis, N1/N5 Check & Packing Confirmation. Finalisation of Maker Layout (ML) & releasing LOI to the vendors based on QDC optimisation. Releasing proto orders as per request required for testing/evaluation. Taking Care of NG parts & tracing the NG point’s phenomenon then take action. Interaction with Finance for the Cash Flow analysis.
