In my role as a Learning Designer, I am passionate about designing and delivering effective learning experiences. Using my expertise in instructional design, learning theory, and educational technology, I design innovative and engaging training programs that engage diverse learners. I have experience analyzing learning needs, developing learning objectives, designing and implementing instructional materials, and evaluating training programs. As a seasoned instructional designer, I am proficient in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies. I am also proficient in a variety of authoring tools and learning management systems, such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Epiplex and Adobe LMS. By keeping up to date with the latest educational technology trends, I strive to incorporate the latest techniques and tools into my teaching. I excel at delivering high-quality learning experiences by collaborating with diverse stakeholders and communicating effectively.
