As a Transition Analyst at Provana, I applied my skills in Python, SQL, and data analytics to support the transition of various client projects from onshore to offshore locations. I contributed to the successful completion of multiple transitions, resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Before joining Provana, I completed my MBA in Business Analytics from Galgotias University, where I gained in-depth knowledge of data-driven decision making, business intelligence, and machine learning. I also hold a BBA in Marketing from GLA University, where I developed my interest in marketing analytics and consumer behavior. With over 1.5 years of work experience in the business process outsourcing industry, I am passionate about leveraging data to optimize business operations and enhance customer experience.
