About Pawel Andre

WHAT I DO Being responsible for the success of SAS software within the European Union Public Sector, I empower EU leaders with AI and analytics to drive their digital transformation and build an AI augmented workforce. As a trusted advisor, my mission is to help EU institutions achieve their strategic goals by identifying and implementing high-impact AI and analytics use cases. After three years as a Consulting Manager for the EU at SAS, where I led multinational teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, I now focus on ensuring our technology translates into real-world value for our clients. I help EU institutions harness the full potential of AI and analytics to solve complex challenges, enhance efficiency, and shape the future of governance. WHO I AM My eagerness to learn and my resilience enabled me to show that it was possible to combine University studies with a full-time job. Between 2020 and 2025, I've successfully combined management roles in sales (100% Club @ SAS in 2022, 2023 and 2024) and strategy with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (2020-2023 ICHEC Business School Great distinction 1st of class) and a Master's degree in Digital Transformation (ESSEC Business School Greatest distinction). On top of all that, I've also been involved in a number of other activities that have allowed me to discover a lot of incredible people, as well as some fascinating subjects. I've taken on the responsibilities of class delegate at university (2020-2023 Ichec), as well as joining innovation committees (Partena) and a global committee looking at ethical AI (SAS). It's easy to see that I'm passionate about technology, learning and people. My other passions are good food, good books, science fiction, sports (tennis, football, padel, swimming, golf, ski.), animals and their well-being.
