About Pawel Lorenc

I have always been excited and passionate about computer systems and I have been enjoying helping my friends and now clients with their computer issues since I was at primary school. I am a determined individual who is constantly learning and improving skills by obtaining numerous professional IT certifications. I have successfully resolved over first, second and third line IT tickets and feel comfortable supporting a wide variety of technical environments, ranging from physical to virtual infrastructures. Serving as the first contact point to our clients, I always try to go the extra mile to make sure their issues are resolved according to IT industry best practices and within SLA agreements. I have also developed excellent customer service skills by working at world class companies (Starwood, InterContinental) and whatever training I undertook, I always passed the final tests as one of the top employees. I like mirroring my work environment by investing in hardware, software or virtual environment. In addition, in order to improve my work from home experience, I set up a SOHO network with /30 Business Broadband, Cisco router, SonicWall firewall and UniFi AP. Finally, having worked at small companies and world-class organisations, I believe that everyone can make a difference either with small consistent actions or big creative ideas.
