I am enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2017 and also cleared AIBE. Since the time of my enrollment, I am engaged in the litigation and have regular appearances in various Courts of Delhi i.e. District Courts, Consumer Forums, State Commissions, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, High Court of Delhi, Debts Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Arbitral Tribunal etc. I am also in the panel of Additional Central Government Counsel for District Courts, New Delhi. Apart from the Court appearances, I have good hands on in drafting Petitions, Complaints, Suit, Writ Petitions etc involving the Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Specific Relief Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Indian contract Act, Hindu Law, RERA, etc. I have also dealt with real estate developers/ Companies like M/s Omaxe Ltd, M/s RAS Developments Ltd, M/s Trishul Dream Homes Pvt. Ltd. etc. and Government Departments which includes CPWD, CBDT, Customs Departments, ROC, Competent Authority, etc. My career goal is to excel in the field of law and seek a challenging role, which would help me deliver my best and upgrade my skills in accordance with the latest trends. Skilled at managing work efficiently under pressure by setting priorities to meet deadlines, good Accounting & interpersonal skill; adapt easily to changes; keen learner who enjoys being a part of as well as leading a successful and productive team. I firmly believe, law is a diversified field and one learns daily either from experience, mistakes or success. Its a never ending journey of knowledge.
