About Payton Dellinger

I am a 2019 graduate of Ball State University’s baccalaureate nursing program. I have worked at Eskenazi on their progressive care unit and in the emergency department at Community Hospital Anderson. Here, I gained vital nursing knowledge and experience in an emergent setting. Additionally, I have worked in 2 different infusion centers further enhancing my IV skills. I strive to provide excellent, compassionate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. Working in the emergency department has provided me with experience in a variety of different situations. I have had the opportunity to care for acute and chronic illnesses, cancer/oncology, trauma, end of life, emergent situations, surgical, and many other circumstances to further enhance my nursing knowledge and skills. Thus, allowing me to be prepared for an array of medical situations. During this time, I’ve been recognized as a dedicated and reliable employee and coworker who has efficiently handled difficult situations with patients and their family members.
