About Payton Synodis

Engineer & Empath. I live at the intersection of empathy and optimism, and I possess a variety of skills and experiences within technical, supply chain, and business operations. Specializing in continuous improvement, I see the best in people and systems and cultivate an environment to grow what makes them special. I lead from the heart and want to make the world a happier place, even if it's one person or system at a time! My experiences include leading a team of engineers focused on multi-product implementations of material, process, requirements changes. Established internal processes used by engineering and supply chain to standardize work. Technology transfers, supplier relationships and operations, external design and development. Manufacturing/NPD engineering experiences: risk management, design control, standards management, specification development and updates, validation, engineering review, quality system requirements.
