About Pearl Barrett

My passion is to work to make a better world for our own and future generations. I examine problems with a preventative rather than a reactive mindset. I've always approached my work with a "glass half full" attitude with the resourcefulness, dedication, and tenacity to get the job done. I thrive in a work environment where people are engaged and passionate about their contributions and are collectively working towards tangible outcomes. I find working through a problem is the best way to learn, and teaching someone what you’ve learned is the best way to remember. I have an interest and experience in environmental and municipal infrastructure engineering. I am working toward my OACETT C.E.T. designation as an Associate member and my P.Eng as an EIT. In my downtime, I can usually be found in my vegetable garden, reading a nerdy fantasy novel, or on the golf course playing an exceptionally poor nine holes.
