I’m Pearl Lawrence, a trailblazing leader from Lesotho with a knack for transforming visions into impactful realities. With a BA(Hons) in International Business from Limkokwing University, where I earned the prestigious Tan Sri Dato Limkokwing Award for Leadership, I’m also certified in Public Governance and Management from YALI and currently pursuing CAPM certification. As the founder of "She’s Outta Your League"(SOYL), I drive empowerment for women and girls through innovative leadership and mentorship. In my role as Projects Administrator at Metropolitan Lesotho, I handle strategic project portfolios and manage data for client experience and NPS collection. I also serve and contribute to the Interim Youth Task Team for the National Youth Council. Additionally, as Vice President of Transform Lesotho Initiative and former leader of the #BachaShutdown protest movement, I tackle pressing social issues and advocate for human rights. My recent nomination for the Finite Women Appreciation Awards in Leadership and Development underscores my commitment to making a meaningful impact.
