I completed cold calls to all the area Commercial Customers. Followed up semi annually with those Commercial customers that I visited. Opened all aspects of Commercial deposits accounts. Checking, Savings, Sweep Account, Lock Boxes, Money Market, Certificate of Deposits. Developed Commercial Loans and filled out Commercial Loan applications, collected supporting documents to forward to analyst. Coached staff in sales. Cross trained staff to keep the office in compliance with regulations. Completed Audits of the branch. Set up service calls for the branch. Controlled all cash handling with audits. Controlled branch cash. Ordered and shipped cash. Settled Star machines at settlement. Balanced the office, Completed residential loan applications as well as simple interest, Home equity loans. Collected all supporting documents and forward them to the underwriter. Open residential deposit accounts. Set up cash management agreements. Scheduled employees for all shifts to cover the branch hours of operation.6 days a week. Left MCT Feburary 2020 to go to Neffs National Bank to open there first Bank Branch. Branch opened April of 2020 in the middle of the Covid Pandamic. as of December 2020 the branch is doing well amidst the pandamic and all the restrictions set on the business.
