About Pearly Cheng

Driven by Clarity. Focused on Impact. With a strong focus on precision and process, I help teams work smarter and deliver better experiences to users. I thrive where people and technology meet, using my skills in support and automation to solve problems and make tools like Jotform and Salesforce work better for users. I’ve worked both on the front lines of support and behind the scenes building documentation, integrations, and automated reporting systems. Whether troubleshooting complex issues, streamlining workflows, or creating clear internal guides, I’m dedicated to building solutions that simplify processes and support users effectively. In every role, I act as a connector—bridging business users, support teams, and technical stakeholders to improve systems and enhance user experiences. I enjoy being part of communities and companies that value thoughtful support and continuous improvement. Always open to connecting with others who care about great support, smart systems, and collaborative problem-solving.
