With over 16 years of experience in the environmental health and safety field, I am a strategic leader and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt who applies data-driven and cross-cultural approaches to solving complex safety challenges. As the Health and Safety Manager at Cabinetworks Group, I was responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as developing and implementing health and safety policies and standards across nineteen manufacturing locations. I have a proven track record of reducing recordable injuries, managing workers' compensation claims, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. I have also successfully integrated safety management systems and best practices to multiple locations merged post-acquisition. I have strong communication and collaboration skills, which enable me to coordinate incident investigations, preventive actions, and best practices among diverse teams and stakeholders.
