Dr. Mastour is equally committed to both his practice and his role as an educator and has received the Curriculum Award for Excellence in Teaching from the University of Southern California. He continues to keep informed of the latest innovations in dentistry, and has had his research findings published in Dental Economics and Compendium Dentistry (due for release in December 2007), Dental Office (May/June 2007) and Compendium Magazine (August 2007). While Dr. Mastour’s practice encompasses all aspects of general dentistry, he especially enjoys the area of cosmetic dentistry, utilizing such tools as Veneers and Invisalign, to bring each patient a perfect smile. By using Invisalign Dr. Mastour uses a series of clear aligners that are custom-molded to fit the patient. The virtually invisible aligners gradually reposition the teeth into the perfect smile. There are no metal wires or bands to irritate the mouth, and best of all they are almost invisible. His beautifully crafted Porcelain Veneers are the perfect alternative to orthodontic treatment and offer instant results. They are the quick and painless way to fix crooked teeth, whiten them, close spaces, and create a great smile.
