About Pedram Riahi

As a Senior Construction Estimator with 24 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, I bring a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycles—from field operations to construction management and advanced estimating. My career has been shaped by a commitment to precision, efficiency, and delivering value across all stages of construction. I have honed my skills through years of hands-on experience in the field, which has provided me with an invaluable perspective on the practical challenges and opportunities of construction projects. This foundation has been instrumental in my transition to leadership roles in construction management and estimating, where I’ve successfully overseen complex projects, managed multidisciplinary teams, and ensured cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or timelines. My expertise includes: Preparing accurate and detailed estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects in LS, CM, DB, and IPD tenders. Developing and managing budgets, schedules, and cost controls. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to align objectives and expectations. Leveraging technology and data to improve estimating processes and outcomes. Whether it's a small-scale project or a multi-million-dollar development, I approach every task with dedication, strategic insight, and a results-driven mindset. My goal is to deliver estimates and solutions that set the foundation for successful, sustainable projects.
