About Pedro Biel

My goal has always been to bring my experience to innovative projects to grow together. My professional beginnings were in Germany, at the IFES research institute of the Bremen University of Applied Sciences, where I developed a concept of in situ structural analysis. After my return to Spain I continued my professional activity in the engineering office Idom in Zaragoza, where I carried out design, management and control tasks in different industrial engineering projects. Since March 2004 I have been working at TAIM WESER within the Engineering Department and as head of the structural calculation team in the handling area, participating in the design of different industrial, port and mining facilities. I have had the pleasure of participating in prestigious projects such as the Reichstag Building, seat of the German Parliament in Berlin, the New Berlin Museum, the Zeri Pavilion at Expo Hannover among others. I have also collaborated in expansion projects at the CAF and Torraspapel factories in Zaragoza. Currently, my main work focuses on projects for different refineries in Kuwait and Russia. I am focused on objectives, work well done, meeting deadlines and budgets. I have been able to create a team motivated and identified with the project, able to adapt and manage changes.
