Undergraduate in Software Engineering with solid technical experience in development and specialized support. Currently, I am a Software Engineer at TecnoSpeed, a national reference in solutions for software houses (GPTW). I work on the front line of technical support for developer clients, providing assistance in integrations with fiscal and financial APIs (such as PlugBoleto, PIX, TecnoPay, and Credit Inquiry), as well as in the analysis and resolution of complex problems using databases (PostgreSQL and MySQL) and tools such as AWS, Kibana, Postman, and Insomnia. My role goes beyond conventional support: I produce technical content, videos, and tutorials for the company’s forum and marketing areas, contribute to internal training, and actively participate in the continuous improvement program. I also have experience as a Product Owner, responsible for backlog prioritization, validation of technical deliverables, market analysis, and stakeholder management. I have hands-on expertise in languages such as Delphi, Node.js, C#, Java, and Python, and maintain good communication with teams via Slack and agile platforms like Jira. With intermediate English and pre-advanced Spanish skills, I have a technical profile with strategic vision, focused on problem-solving and delivering value to the client.
