I am responsible for- Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit and assurance services, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work- Achieve team and individual budgets and business plan/ performance objectives- Manage project financials, including budgets, WIPS, timely billing, collection and variance recognition- Maintain the highest technical and professional standards- Think strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks- Providing additional help and guidance to clients on a consultancy basis- Identifying ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value- Assessing the internal control system of clients and provide recommendations on how to improve it- Manage several audit teams; and- Coach, train and develop audit staff to leverage their potential.
