About Pedro Costa

I am an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in infrastructure, support, and networking, driven by a passion for learning and applying new technologies to solve complex challenges. My journey began with a strong foundation in telecommunications and data center infrastructure, where I managed critical systems and large-scale networks. Throughout my career, I specialized as a Linux Systems Administrator, working with email servers, hosting, and virtualization. Currently, as a Support Engineer, I operate in a global environment, providing support for IBM products across various platforms, including on-premises, AWS, OpenShift, IBM Cloud, and more. My role involves managing cases with varying severities, requiring agility and in-depth technical expertise to ensure client operations run smoothly. I continually strive to evolve and enhance my skills with emerging technologies. I am learning Docker and Kubernetes, and I am currently preparing for the AZ-900 certification to deepen my understanding of the cloud ecosystem. Technology, when applied correctly, can simplify processes and generate incredible results.
